Who We Are and What Makes Us Different!
So, it all began with a partnership.
Tom and I (Ryan) came together after spending decades in the HVAC industry, learning and mastering our craft. We wanted to serve the community with a streamlined approach. We felt that many bigger companies were losing that small business touch with the customer.
Many of the larger HVAC companies were so focused on growing the business that they left customers feeling it was more about the company than the customer.
SkyWalker HVAC was going to be different. We would be that friendly team that you knew on a first-name basis. It would enable us to provide a hands-on approach where there was no loss between who does the installations and who provides a proposal for the job.
Tom and I would assess what is best for your needs and budget, then guess what? We would be the ones doing the work and actually installing your equipment.
This simple and old-school approach to running a business would result in the greatest benefit to the customer: Above and Beyond service.

In 2024, Debbie joined the team as our full-time General Manager and number one point of contact with customers. Debbie has worked in the HVAC industry for decades, and she has seen just about everything. Debbie has been part of both large HVAC companies and small ones.
Debbie really desired to help Skywalker HVAC retain the small-business approach and keep us well-connected with customers. She is passionate about demonstrating how we can compete with the many HVAC companies being acquired by larger corporations. Many local HVAC business have sold their company to be now part of a larger scheme to control the market by driving up prices.
As Debbie says, "In all my years in the HVAC industry, and it's a lot of them, this is the best ownership group and team I have ever been a part of. I genuinely love helping to serve the HVAC needs of the Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts community."

Since we started Skywalker HVAC in 2022, we have added Owen and Jace to our team.
Owen and Jace help Tom and me with installations and equipment servicing. These guys have a lot of talent and are so eager to give the best to our customers. The bright and cheery attitude that they both exude is part of Skywalker's commitment to always satisfying you, and going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
